چکیده

وحدت ملی شرط و ضامن بقای هر جامعه و کشور از دیرباز تاکنون است. همت و هدف بسیاری از سیاست مداران، رسانه ها و ... تقویت روحیه وحدت ملی میان شهروندان است. عوامل متعددی در شکل گیری وحدت ملی و یا از بین بردن آن دخیل هستند؛ عواملی چون وجود زبان ، پرچم، نژاد، قومیت، مذهب و دین ، خاطره و سرگذشت مشترک و غیره از عوامل بستر ساز و تقویت کننده وحدت ملی است.موضوع این مقاله بررسی ویژگی های اخلاقی و فرهنگی ملت ایران و تاثیر آن بر وحدت ملی است. هدف اصلی در این پژوهش بررسی وحدت ملی با توجه به متغیرها و مولفه هایی مانند باورها و تصورات فردی، اعتماد، علاقه به سرزمین مادری، تجربیات گذشته، وطن دوستی و غیره می باشد. این مقاله با استفاده از مدل دیمتل و آزمون همبستگی پیرسون درSPSSو Excelبا جامعه آماری 82 نفری انجام گردید. نتایج پژوهش حاکی از آن است که مهمترین مولفه اخلاقی بستر ساز برای ایجاد و حفظ وحدت تصورات و باورهای فردی با مقدار4.357 است و هم چنین براساس روش همبستگی اسپرمن، رابطه معنادار ( مقدار SIG=0.017) و مثبتی ( Correlation coefficient= 0.595) میان متغیر ویژگی های اخلاقی و وحدت ملی وجود دارد. در پایان مقاله پیشنهاداتی برای این پژوهش ارائه گردیده است.

A Look at the Characteristics and Elements of the Ethical-Cultural of the Iranian Nation and the Factors Affecting National Unity

چکیده [English]

National unity has been a guarantee of the survival of every society and country ever since. The aim of many politicians, the media and ... is to strengthen the spirit of national unity among citizens. There are numerous factors involved in the formation or destruction of national unity; factors such as the existence of language, flag, race, ethnicity, religion, shared memory and so on are among the factors that underpin national unity. In the meantime, attention to ethical characteristics as an important factor in the creation of national unity has not been much considered. The main purpose of this study is to examine national unity with regard to such factors as individual beliefs, the trust, interest in motherland, past experiences, patriotism, and so on. This study was conducted using DEMATEL model and Pearson correlation test in SPSS and Excel with 82 population. The results indicate that the most important ethical component is the basis for establishing and maintaining the unity of individual beliefs at 4.357. And according to the Spearman correlation method, there is a significant (SIG = 0.017) and positive (Correlation coefficient = 0.595) relationship between the variable of moral characteristics and national unity. Finally, suggestions were made for this research.
