چکیده

«میزان آگاهی شهروندان از حقوق فرهنگی و اجتماعی» از جمله موضوعات مهم حقوق بشر اسلامی و حقوق شهروندی است که در این پژوهش به روش پیمایشی و با استفاده از داده‌های نمونه‌گیری شده در بین شهروندان شهر شیراز مجال سخن یافته است. از آنجایی‌که هدف تحقیق حاضر سنجش میزان آگاهی شهروندان شهر شیراز از حقوق فرهنگی و اجتماعی خود می‌باشد لذا نمونه تحقیق 400 نفر از شهروندان شهر شیراز در سال 1397 و همچنین در سال 1400 بوده و نهایتا مقایسه ای بین این دو نظر سنجی صورت گرفته تا مشخص شود که میزان آگاهی شهروندان از حقوق فرهنگی و اجتماعی آنها در چه حد است. در این پژوهش از چارچوب نظری مارشال و ترنر استفاده شده و نتیجه‌ای که از این پژوهش به دست آمده این است که میزان آگاهی شهروندان شهر شیراز از حقوق فرهنگی و اجتماعی خود در حد پایین است و حتی در سال 1400 پایین‌تر از سال 1397 است. همچنین با وجود افزایش میزان استفاده از رسانه‌های جمعی در سال 1400 به نسبت سال 1397، بر میزان آگاهی شهروندان از حقوق شهروندی آنها افزوده نشده است.

چکیده [English]

Citizens' awareness of cultural and social rights" is one of the important issues of Islamic human rights and citizenship rights. Since the purpose of this study is to assess the level of awareness of citizens of Shiraz about their cultural and social rights, so the sample of 400 citizens of Shiraz in 2018 and also in 2021 and finally a comparison between these two surveys to determine What is the level of citizens' awareness of their cultural and social rights? In this research, the theoretical framework of Marshall and Turner has been used and the result obtained from this research is that the level of awareness of the citizens of Shiraz about their cultural and social rights is low and even in 2021 is lower than in 2018. Also, despite the increase in the use of mass media in 2021 compared to 2018, the level of citizens' awareness of their citizenship rights has not increased.
