چکیده

در دنیای مدرن و الزامات نهادی آن بدلیل شرایط خاص زندگی لازم است تا دانشگاه نسبت به ایجاد و نهادینه کردن مجموعه ای از قابلیت ها در دانشجویان که آن ها را شایستگی کانونی می خوانیم، اهتمام ورزد. این شایستگی ها، قابلیت دانشجو را برای زندگی اجتماعی مدرن افزایش می دهد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارائه الگوی شناسایی عوامل موثر در شایستگی های کانونی مدیریت دانشجویان دوره دکتری مدیریت آموزش عالی انجام شده است ، ابتدا با مرور ادبیات، مهم ترین مؤلفه های مؤثر بر شایستگی های کانونی مدیریت دانشجویان احصاء شده و با جمع آوری داده های تجربی و روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری، چارچوب پیشنهادی اعتبارسنجی والگوی نهایی تحقیق ارائه شده است. براساس یافته های پژوهش و مقادیر مربوط به ضریب مسیرها در الگوی نهایی تحقیق، تمام متغیرهای (مهارت های علمی، پژوهشی و تخصصی، عوامل فرهنگی و اجتماعی، مهارت های عملیاتی، فرهنگ سازمانی، مهارت های اشتغال زا، مهارت های عمومی) در نتیجه برازش و تحلیل معادلات ساختاری ضریب مسیر بالای 5/0 و آماره t با کمتر از 5/0 با سطح اطمینان 95% را به دست آورده ان و همگی مورد تایید قرار گرفته و معنادار می باشند. همچنبن، محاسبه و تحلیل شاخص های برازش با نرم افزار PLS3-Smart نیز انطباق چارچوب مفهومی و پیشینه تجربی با واقعیت را تأیید کرده است.

In the modern world and its institutional requirements, due to the special conditions of life, it is necessary for the university to pay attention to creating and institutionalizing a set of capabilities in students that we call focal competence. These competencies increase the student's ability for modern social life. The current research has been done with the aim of providing a model to identify the effective factors in the focal management competencies of higher education management doctoral students, first by reviewing the literature, the most important components affecting the focal management competencies of the students were calculated and by collecting experimental data and The method of structural equation modeling, the proposed framework for the validation of the final research model is presented. Based on the findings of the research and the values related to the coefficient of paths in the final model of the research, all the variables (scientific, research and specialized skills, cultural and social factors, operational skills, organizational culture, employment-generating skills, general skills) as a result of fitting And the analysis of the structural equations, the path coefficient above 0.5 and the t-statistic with less than 0.5 with a confidence level of 95% have been obtained and all of them have been confirmed and are significant. Likewise, the calculation and analysis of fit indices with PLS3-Smart software has confirmed the conformity of the conceptual framework and the empirical background with reality.
