چکیده

گام اساسی برای رسیدن به تمدن نوین اسلامی، پیشرفت علمی است. از همین رو هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی ویژگی های جامعه ی علمی کشور در جهت پیشرفت از دیدگاه امام خامنه‌ای ( مدظله العالی) می باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را بیانات مقام معظم رهبری از سال 1390- 1401 تشکیل داده است که از میان آنها بیانات ایشان در دیدار با جامعه علمی کشور نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. در این پژوهش به منظور دستیابی به یافته-هایی دقیق از رویکرد کیفی با روش داده بنیاد استفاده گردید؛ که به این منظور از نرم افزار مکس کیودا 2020 برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها استفاده شد. پس از تمام خوانی داده‌ها در محیط نرم افزار و کدگذاری در سه مرحله و ادغام و حذف کدهای تکراری در نهایت، 204 کد باز و 5 کد محوری شناسایی شد که همگی در زیر مجموعه ی کد گزینشی ویژگی های جامعه ی علمی کشور در جهت پیشرفت از دیدگاه امام خامنه ای ( مدظله العلی) قرار گرفتند. بر همین اساس 58 کد در زمینه ی ویژگی های فردی، 47 کد در زمینه ی ویژگی های تخصصی، 23 کد در زمینه‌ی ویژگی های دینی و مذهبی، 32 کد در زمینه‌ی ویزگی های اعتقادی، 21 کد در زمینه‌ی ویژگی های فرهنگی و 22 کد در زمینه‌ی ویژگی های اجتماعی شناسایی شدند.

چکیده [English]

The basic step to reaching the new Islamic civilization is scientific advance. Therefore, the current research aims to identify the Features of the country’s scientific community in the direction of advance from the perspective of Imam Khamenei. The statistical population of the research is the statements of the Supreme Leader from 1390-1401, among which his statements in the meeting with the country’s scientific community were also examined. In this research, in order to achieve accurate findings, a Qualitative approach with the foundation data method was used; for this purpose, MAXQDA 2020 software was used for data analysis. After reading all the data in the software environment and coding in three stages and merging and removing duplicate codes, finally, 204 open codes and 5 core codes were identified, all of which are in the subset of selective codes of the characteristics of the country’s scientific community. From the point of view of Imam Khamenei, they were placed in order to progress. Accordingly, 58 codes in the field of individual characteristics, 47 codes in the area of technical characteristics, 23 codes in the field of religious characteristics, 32 codes in a lot of belief characteristics, 21 codes in the field of cultural characteristics, and 22 codes were identified in the area of social characteristics.
