چکیده

همواره یکی از مباحث مهمی که در حوزه‌ی علم سیاست و اندیشه سیاسی ذهن بسیاری از اندیشمندان و نظریه‌پردازان این حوزه را به خود معطوف نموده، این است که مبانی و اصول اخلاقی- ارزشی چه جایگاهی در سیاست دارند. دیدگاه اندیشمندان در این زمینه متفاوت و متعدد است. همچنین مهم حوزه‌ی سیاست عملی است. آن‌چه که در این مقاله مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد؛ توضیح این سؤال است که نسبت و رابطه‌ی اخلاق و سیاست از دیدگاه ارسطو و سیره عملی امام(ع) به عنوان معصومی که در رأس حکومت جامعه اسلامی قرار گرفته، چگونه بوده است؟ لذا پژوهش حاضر بر آن است که با استفاده از روش تحلیلی- تطبیقی به تبیین جایگاه اصول و ارزش‌های اخلاقی در سیاست از منظر ارسطو و امام علی(ع) بپردازد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که هر دو به درآمیختگی و پیوند جدایی‌ناپذیر اخلاق و سیاست تأکید دارند. حال آن‌که ارسطو به عنوان نماینده یونان باستان؛ معیار مطلوب‌بودن جامعه سیاسی و دست یافتن به سعادت را زندگی بر طبق فضیلت می‌داند. اما با توجه به جهان‌بینی توحیدی امام علی(ع)؛ آن حضرت شریعت را عنصر لاینفک سیاست دانسته و بهترین نوع سیاست را سیاست الهی معرفی می‌کند. این اصول و ارزش‌ها به قدری برای ایشان اهمیت دارند که بی‌درنگ در تزاحم میان سیاست و این اصول، اخلاقیات و ارزش‌های الهی را برمی‌گزینند. در واقع حکومت وسیله‌ای است برای دستیابی و حاکمیت ارزش‌های دینی و مبانی اخلاقی در جامعه بشریت.

چکیده [English]

One of the most important issues in the field of political science and political thought has always occupied the minds of many thinkers and theorists in this field is what is the place of moral-value principles in politics. The views of thinkers in this field are different and numerous. Also important is the area of practical policy. Therefore, the present study intends to explain the position of moral principles and values in politics from the perspective of Aristotle and Imam Ali (AS) by analytical-comparative method. The findings of the research show that both emphasize the inseparable connection between ethics and politics. But nevertheless, Aristotle, as the representative of ancient Greece, considers living according to virtue as the criterion for the desirability of political society and the attainment of prosperity. But according to the monotheistic worldview of Imam Ali (AS), he considers Sharia as an integral element of politics and introduces the best kind of politics as divine politics. These principles and values are so important to them that they immediately choose the divine morals and values in the conflict between politics and these principles. In fact, government is a means to achieve and govern religious values and moral principles in human society.
