چکیده

یکی از الزامات تحقق کامل الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت، حرکت به سمت سبک زندگی اسلامی می‌باشد و توجه به عقلانیت اقتصادی اسلامی، مسیر فوق را هموارتر می‌نماید، هدف از این مقاله بررسی تجربی نقش عقلانیت اقتصادی اسلامی بر بهبود رفاه جامعه اسلامی در راستای تحقق الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت می‌باشد. توجه بیش از پیش به عقلانیت اقتصادی صرف و عدم دستیابی به موفقیت در بهبود رفاه در جامعه، اهمیت و ضرورت چنین پژوهش‌هایی را نشان می‌دهد. از این رو پس ازطرح چارچوب نظری، مبتنی بر آیات و روایات و مبانی اقتصاد اسلامی و اقتصاد متعارف، با استفاده از روش گشتاور تعمیم‌یافته به بررسی مشاهدات تجربی مربوط به 24 استان ایران در دوره زمانی 1390-1394 پرداخته شده است. مهمترین فرضیه این پژوهش، بررسی نقش مثبت عقلانیت اقتصادی اسلامی بر جامعه اسلامی می‌باشد که یافته‌های تحقیق، تاییدکننده فرضیه مذکور هستند. به عبارت دیگر، نتایج این تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که افزایش انفاق، تاثیر مثبتی بر کاهش ضریب جینی و در نتیجه بهبود توزیع درآمد داشته است. بر این اساس هر چه که جامعه از عقلانیت اقتصادی اسلامی بالاتری برخوردار باشد، توزیع درآمد از روند مناسب‌تری برخوردار بوده و یکی از شاخصهای رفاه جامعه اسلامی بهبود می‌یابد؛ از دیگر نتایج این تحقیق می‌توان به تایید فرضیه کوزنتس و تاثیر مثبت افزایش نرخ بیکاری بر افزایش ضریب جینی اشاره کرد. از این رو، پیشنهاد نهادینه کردن و تقویت عقلانیت اقتصادی اسلامی در جامعه جهت افزایش رفاه جامعه اسلامی داده می‌شود.

Experimental study of the impact of the welfare of the Islamic society on Islamic economic rationality

چکیده [English]

One of the requirements for the full realization of the Iranian Islamic model of progress is to move towards the Islamic way of life and paying attention to Islamic economic rationality makes the above path smoother.The purpose of this article is to empirically study the role of Islamic economic rationality on improving the welfare of Islamic society. Increasing attention to mere economic rationality and the lack of success in improving welfare in society shows the importance and necessity of such research. Therefore, after designing a theoretical framework, based on verses and hadiths and the basics of Islamic economics and conventional economics, using the generalized torque method, experimental observations of 24 provinces of Iran in the period 2015-2011 have been studied. The most important hypothesis of this research is the study of the positive role of Islamic economic rationality on the Islamic society that the findings of the research confirm this hypothesis. In other words, the results of this study show that increasing charity has a positive effect on reducing the Gini coefficient and thus improving income distribution. Accordingly, the higher the Islamic economic rationality of the society, the more appropriate the distribution of income is and one of the indicators of the welfare of the Islamic society improves; Other results of this study confirm the Kuznets hypothesis and the positive effect of rising unemployment on increasing the Gini coefficient. Therefore, it is proposed to institutionalize and strengthen Islamic economic rationality in society to increase the welfare of Islamic society.
