چکیده

هدف: تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه بین هوش معنوی با رهبری آموزشی مدیران دانشگاه علامه طباطبائی در سال 1395 انجام شد.روش تحقیق:این پژوهش میدانی به روش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کلیه مدیران و معاونان سازمان مرکزی دانشگاه و رؤسای دانشکده‌ها و معاونان آنها در سال تحصیلی 96-95 به تعداد 34 نفر می­باشد؛ که به علت محدود بودن جامعه، کل آن به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شد. برای سنجش هوش معنوی از پرسشنامه هوش معنوی چهار عاملی کینگ (حاوی 24 سؤال) و برای سنجش رهبری آموزشی از پرسشنامه رهبری لوتانز (حاوی 35 سؤال)، استفاده شده است. در تأیید پایایی پرسشنامه‌های هوش معنوی و رهبری آموزشی، آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب796/. و 724/. بدست آمد. نتایج : در نتیجه، بین هوش معنوی و رهبری آموزشی مدیران رابطه‌ای معنی‌دار و قوی(319/0 = r) بدست آمد. در رابطه با تمام ابعاد هوش معنوی نیز رابطه‌های معنی‌دار بدست آمد. اما در خصوص مؤلفه توسعه حالت آگاهی و رهبری آموزشی هیچ گونه رابطه‌ای بدست نیامد.

Introduction:The present research investigated the relationship between spiritual intelligence and educational leadership among educational of managers of Allameh Tabataba'i University . Method: The research was a correlational, descriptive field study. The research population consisted of all managers and vice presidents of the university, heads of departments and their deputies in the 93-94 school year the number is 34 tenure staff, Due to the limited number the whole thing was selected. A questionnaire, based on  King’s  spiritual intelligence questionnaire was used, with four factors(totaling to 24 items). For educational leadership, Luthans’ leadership questionnaire with 35 items was used. The reliability of instruments was approved by Chronbach alphas of %796 for spiritual intelligence and %724 for educational leadership.Results: The results indicated that there was a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and educational leadership learning (r=%319). Each dimensions of spiritual intelligence was significantly related, but there was no significant relationship between knowledge development dimension with educational leadership
