Abstract
The present study presents a model of privatization in Iran with the approach of establishing Article 44 of the Constitution (Case Study: Organization of the Oppressed). The method of this research is applied in terms of purpose and has been done by exploratory method. The data collection method is mixed (quantitative and qualitative) and the data collection tool is interviews with experts by conducting specialized interviews in Delphi method and a questionnaire. After executing the questionnaire, data analysis was performed in the qualitative part by coding method (open, axial and selective) and in the quantitative part, the collected data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential methods through SPSS 16 and Smart PLS software. . In this study, descriptive statistics including frequency, frequency percentage, frequency distribution table, graphs and also describing the characteristics of respondents to the questionnaire were used to describe the data. In inferential analysis, data analysis was performed using factor analysis. The results showed that the components: principles and application, forms of privatization, areas of application, privatization motives, the importance of the role of privatization, barriers to privatization, and finally the factors facilitating the application of privatization, because none of the factors had a factor of less than 0.3. Factors were not eliminated and finally all 7 components, with their indicators, were accepted under the title of dimensions and components of the privatization model in Iran with the approach of establishing Article 44 of the Constitution . Pattern fit indicators in factor analysis confirm pattern fit.
