چکیده

هدف کلی از انجام این پژوهش، بررسی چگونگی مواجه نظام آموزشی با پدیده جهانی شدن است. این پژوهش با بکارگیری روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی به واکاوی متون، پژوهش‌های صورت گرفته و همچنین اسناد و تحقیقات انجام شده در این حوزه پرداخته است. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان می‌دهد که نمی توان در عرصه آموزش و پرورش، پدیده جهانی شدن را نادیده گرفت بلکه باید طوری برنامه ریزی، سیاست گذاری و مدیریت تغییر صورت گیرد که نهایت استفاده از فرصت های جهانی شدن در عرصه آموزش و پرورش برای رسیدن به توسعه پایدار بدون شتاب زدگی و عجله صورت گرفته و تبعات حاشیه ای آن نیز به حداقل رسد.

چکیده [English]

The general purpose of this research is to investigate how the educational system faces the phenomenon of globalization. Using the qualitative content analysis method, this research has analyzed the texts, researches, as well as documents and researches done in this field. The results of the present research show that the phenomenon of globalization cannot be ignored in the field of education, but planning, policy making and change management should be done in such a way that the opportunities of globalization in the field of education are fully utilized to achieve Sustainable development should be done without haste and its marginal consequences should be minimized.
