چکیده

معلم تراز سند تحول بنیادین یکی از مهم ترین برنامه های بلند مدت نظام آموشی کشور بعد از پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی است. سند الگوی ایرانی اسلامی پیشرفت نیز بر اساس 50 سال آینده کشور برنامه ریزی می کند که هدف این پژوهش مطالعه ویژگی‌های معلم تراز در تعلیم و تربیت اسلامی بر الگوی پایه اسلامی- ایرانی پیشرفت می باشد. این مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربردی، از نظر شیوه جمع‌آوری داده‌ها توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعه آماری کارکنان آموزش‌وپرورش شهرستان‌های استان آذربایجان غربی در سال 1399 بودند. تعداد آن‌ها 563 نفر که حجم نمونه 285 نفر از کارکنان 7 شهرستان بود. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، برای متغیر معلم تراز پرسشنامه‌ استاندارد و برای متغیر الگوی پایه اسلامی- ایرانی پیشرفت از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. جهت بررسی روایی پرسشنامه‌ها به روایی صوری ومحتوایی استناد شد. برای بررسی پایایی نیز به آلفای کرونباخ برای معلم تراز و الگوی پایه اسلامی- ایرانی پیشرفت به ترتیب برابر با ضریب 85/0 و 84/0 و نتایج بررسی پایایی برای همه ابعاد بیشتر از 7/0 گزارش شد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون فرضیات نشان داد ویژگی‌های معلم تراز در تعلیم و تربیت اسلامی بر الگوی پایه اسلامی- ایرانی پیشرفت (با تأکید بر اجرای بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب) در مدارس دوره متوسطه دوم دخترانه در استان آذربایجان غربی تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری دارند.

The teacher is one of the most important long-term programs of the education system of the country after the victory of the Islamic Revolution. The Iranian-Islamic Model of Progress document also plans the next 50 years of the country, and the purpose of this research is to study the characteristics of level-headed teachers in Islamic education and training based on the Islamic-Iranian model of progress. The statistical population was the education staff of the cities of West Azerbaijan province in 2020. Their number was 563 people and the sample size was 285 employees of 7 cities. Data collection tool was a standard questionnaire for the teacher variable and a researcher-made questionnaire for the basic Islamic-Iranian model of progress variable. To evaluate the validity of the questionnaires, face and content validity were cited. To check the reliability, Cronbach's alpha for the level teacher and the Islamic-Iranian basic pattern of progress were reported to be 0.85 and 0.84, respectively, and the results of the reliability test for all dimensions were greater than 0.7. SPSS software was used for data analysis. The results of the hypothesis test showed that the characteristics of a level teacher in Islamic education have a positive and significant effect on the basic Islamic-Iranian model of progress (with emphasis on the implementation of the statement of the second step of the revolution) in girls' secondary schools in West Azerbaijan province.
