چکیده

چکیده
مسئولیت اجتماعی که یکی از شاخه های اخلاق اسلامی به شمار می آید، که به عنوان مقوله ای مهم به سرعت درحال گسترش درمیان سازمان های مختلف است.پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی ابعاد و شاخص های مسئولیت اجتماعی با رویکرد اسلامی در سازمان تامین اجتماعی انجام شد.
روش پژوهش در بخش اول کیفی بود.جامعه آماری این پژوهش را خبرگان دانشگاه،حوزههای علمیه و سازمان تامین اجتماعی تشکیل دادند.
نمونه گیری از جامعه آماری به صورت هدفمند انجام شد.و با توجه به نظر اشتراوس و کوربین(10_25)، پس از مصاحبه با نفر بیست ویکم اشباع نظری صورت گرفت.جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از نظر یه داده بنیاد و پس از انجام مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با خبرگان، از طریق کدگذاری های بازشناسایی شده و کدگذاری محوری و انتخابی و با استفاده از تحلیل تم صورت گرفت.اعتبار داده ها بااستفاده از روش پایایی دو کدگذاری صورت پذیرفت.
دربخش کمی به روش تصادفی طبقه ای 382نفر از کارکنان با هدف سنجش الگوی مسئولیت اجتماعی درسازمان تامین اجتماعی استان های تهران، فارس، کرمانشاه و لرستان انتخاب شدند.جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته (شاخص های بخش کیفی) صورت گرفت.پایایی از روش آلفای کرونباخ ارزیابی و 78/.برآورد شد.
در بخش کیفی پژوهش، 5 بعد شامل ابعاد نوع دوستی،اقتصادی،قانون گرایی،عدالت و سلامت روانی و 35 شاخص شناسایی شد.دربخش کمی تمامی ابعاد بجز بعداقتصادی درسطحی پایین تر از میانگین از نظر اجرا قرارگرفتند.نتایج نشان داداز ابعاد و شاخص های شناسایی شده می توان برای ارتقای مسئولیت پذیری اجتماعی در سازمان تامین اجتماعی استفاده کرد.

Abstract
Social responsibility, which is one of the consequences of Islamic ethics, as an important category is rapidly expanding among various organizations. The present study aimed to identify the dimensions and indicators of social responsibility with an Islamic approach in the Social Security Organization.The research method in the first part was qualitative.The statistical population of this study consisted of experts from the university, seminary and social security organization.
Sampling from the statistical population was done purposefully.And according to Strauss and Corbin (10_25), after the interview with the twenty-first people, theoretical saturation took place. Data collection was done using a foundation data view and after conducting a semi-structured interview with experts, through re-identified coding and axial and selective coding using theme analysis.Data validation was performed using two-coding reliability method.
In a quantitative section, 382 employees were selected by stratified random sampling with the aim of measuring the pattern of social responsibility in the Social Security Organization of Tehran, Fars, Kermanshah and Lorestan provinces.Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire (quality section indicators).The reliability of Cronbach's alpha method was evaluated and estimated to be 0.78. In the qualitative part of the research, five dimensions including the dimensions of altruism, economics, legalism, justice and mental health and 35 indicators were identified. In the quantitative part, all dimensions except the economic dimension were at a lower level than the average in terms of implementation.The results showed that the identified dimensions and indicators can be used to promote social responsibility in the social security organization.
