چکیده

یکی از مفاهیم اصلی در طراحی الگوی پیشرفت اسلامی ایرانی قدرت است که می‌توان با استناد معنایی و مفاهیم سازنده مرقوم در اسناد بالادستی آن که توسط امام خامنه‌ای (مدظله العالی) در تاریخ 11/9/1382 ابلاغ شده است، فهم‌ ‌گردد. در طرح الگوی پیشرفت متناظر با این سند که معروف به چشم انداز 1404 می‌باشد، مفهوم قدرت در قالب جملات و واژگان متفاوت مانند «قدر»، «استطاعت»، «توانستن» یا «دست‌یافتن» و... در کنار مفاهیم محوری مانند «کمال و سعادت» و «حیات معقول» بکار رفته تا روابط معنایی ویژه‌ای را ترسیم کند که برآیند آن نوع خاص نگاه به قدرت در جامعه در ساخت الگوی پیشرفت اسلامی است. در این بازنمایی مفهومی بینش خاص به مساله قدرت و تلقی مردم از آن، می‌تواند فرآیند رسیدن به جامعه قدرتمند باشد. در این پژوهش از روش معناشناسی ایزوتسو استفاده شده است که بر اساس آن فهم معنای قدرت و ترسیم شبکه معنایی آن در سند چشم انداز در چارچوب روابط همنشینی و جانشینی وی مورد بررسی قرار می‌گیرد. برای تبیین تحول معنای قدرت و نیل به معنای نسبی آن در طرح الگوی پیشرفت، مفاهیم جانشین شده «کمال و سعادت» و «حیات معقول» در این سند تبیین شد. در ادامه واژگان متضاد و همنشین با قدرت مانند «ظلم» و «فساد» نیز استخراج شد. همچنین تامین قدرت در مرقومات شند مستلزم لوازمی نظیر مشارکت، فرهنگ و عدالت نیز بود.

چکیده [English]

One of the main concepts in designing Iranian Islamic Progress pattern is power, which can be understood by citing the semantic and constructive concepts of the figure in its upstream documents, which was announced by Imam Khamenei (as) 1382/11/9. In designing the model of progress corresponding to this document, which is known as the vision of 1404, the concept of power in the form of different sentences and words such as "ability", "affordability", "attain" or "achievement" and ... Central concepts such as "perfection and happiness" and " Intelligible Life " are used to depict special semantic relations, the result of which is a special kind of view of power in society in building a model of Islamic progress. In this conceptual representation, a specific insight into the issue of power and people's perception of it can be the process of achieving a powerful society. In this study, Isotso's semantic method has been used, based on which the understanding of the meaning of power and the drawing of its semantic network in the vision document in the framework of her companionship and succession relations. In order to explain the evolution of the meaning of power and to achieve its relative meaning in the design of the model of progress, the substituted concepts of "perfection and happiness" and " Intelligible life" were explained in this document. Contradictory words with power such as "oppression" and "corruption" were also extracted.Providing power in the documents also required accessories such as participation, culture and justice.
