چکیده

فهم جایگاه نظری الگوی اقتصاد مقاومتی جهت تبیین ویژگی­های آن و استفاده از تجربة سایر نظریه­های توسعة اقتصادی برای دستیابی به الگویی کاربردی و عملی در ایران ضروری به‌نظر می­رسد. پرسشی که در پژوهش حاضر مطرح می­شود این است که الگوی اقتصاد مقاومتی چه شباهت­ها و تفاوت­هایی با نظریات جریان اصلی توسعه، یعنی مکتب نوسازی و مکتب وابستگی دارد؟ و آیا می­توان الگوی اقتصاد مقاومتی را به‌عنوان سنتزی نوین در بحث توسعه دانست؟ پژوهش حاضر با بهره­گیری از روش مقایسه­ای بر آن است که ویژگی­های دو نظریة نوسازی و وابستگی را با الگوی اقتصاد مقاومتی مقایسه کرده و به شباهت­ها و تفاوت­های آنها پی ببرد. یافته­های پژوهش نشان می­دهد که الگوی اقتصاد مقاومتی هرچند شباهت­هایی با دو نظریه نوسازی و وابستگی دارد اما تفاوت­های قابل توجهی نیز دارند که الگوی اقتصاد مقاومتی را به سنتزی نوین برای تبدیل شدن به یک الگوی توسعه تبدیل کرده است؛ از این رو ماهیت مستقلی دارد و نمی­توان آن را در زمره هیچ یک از نظریه­های مذکور به‌شمار آورد.

چکیده [English]

Understanding the theoretical position of the Resilience Economics model to explain its features and applying the experience of other economic development theories to achieve a practical and practical model in Iran seems necessary. The question that arises in this study is what is the relation between the theoretical foundations of the resistive economy model and the mainstream theories of development? The present study uses a comparative method to compare the characteristics of two theories of modernization and dependency with the foundations of the Resistance Economics model and to point out their similarities and differences. The findings of the study show that the Resistance Economics model is actually a synthesis of the findings and theoretical articulation of the modernization and dependency paradigm, and because it is defined in accordance with the economic conditions of Iran, it is an independent entity. None of these theories can be considered.
