Examining the effect of job satisfaction on employees double-occupation with regard to the mediating role of organizational commitment with a view on the transformation plan of the health system

Abstract
The statistical population in this research was all the nurses of Shahid Beheshti Hospital in Qom province with the number of 655 people. And in order to sample and determine the research sample space, random stratified sampling method was used and according to Morgan's table, 242 people were considered as the research sample. In the following, a questionnaire tool was used to collect the research data. For this purpose, in order to measure the variables of two jobs from the questionnaire of Sima and Sachdeva (2019) (questions 1 to 7), job satisfaction from the questionnaire of Brayfield and Root (1971) (questions 8 to 14) and organizational commitment from the questionnaire of Modidi et al. (1979) questions 15 to 18) were used. Data analysis is presented in two sections, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. In the descriptive part, the sociological information related to the research sample is stated, and in the inferential statistics part, due to the non-normal distribution of the data, PLS software and the structural equation method were used to analyze the data. The results of this research showed that the effect of job satisfaction on the organizational commitment of employees is a positive effect. , the effect of job satisfaction on employees' dual jobs has a negative effect, the effect of organizational commitment on employees' dual jobs has a negative effect, and job satisfaction through organizational commitment has an indirect and significant effect on employees' dual jobs
