Abstract
With the increasing participation of women in the social and professional spheres of contemporary society, there is an urgent need for managerial frameworks that effectively balance the multiple familial and occupational responsibilities of working women. This study aims to develop a comprehensive Islamic model for managing the lives of working women, grounded in the guidance and perspectives of the Supreme Leader. The main focus of this research is how to establish a sustainable and constructive balance among the individual, family, and social roles of working women, grounded in Islamic principles and ethical values. Using a qualitative thematic analysis approach and purposive sampling, the study carefully examines statements, sermons, and speeches by the Supreme Leader, along with a thorough review of related scholarly texts and articles.A unique and groundbreaking aspect of this research is its thorough and systematic development of a structured model based on the extensive collection of the Supreme Leader’s perspectives on women's life management—an area not previously examined comprehensively. Data analysis included initial coding, categorizing primary and secondary themes, and final theme extraction. To ensure the accuracy and trustworthiness of the results, expert review and the "expert panel" method were used. The study’s findings identify and elaborate on the main components of the Islamic model for managing the lives of working women, including “strengthening spiritual and ethical growth,” “active familial responsibility,” “effective and constructive social role engagement,” and “intelligent balance between work and life.” The resulting model, provides a practical and indigenous framework for achieving sustainable balance and fulfilling lives.
