Abstract
Presenting a complete model of progress based on the worldview that governs Iranian Islamic civilization requires its strategicity in various cultural, economic, political, and social sectors. In the meantime, culture, due to its special position, has a direct and fundamental impact on other sectors. Therefore, examining culture and explaining its various aspects in this strategic model is of great help in scientific studies in this field.This article refers to one of the constituent parts and existential components of culture, namely jurisprudential propositions. The aim of this research is to prove that one of the existential parts and existential components of culture in studies of the Iranian-Islamic model of progress is jurisprudential propositions.For this purpose, the definition of jurisprudence and culture, their differences and similarities, have been discussed in detail, and finally the conclusion was reached that religious teachings are an inseparable part of culture. Therefore, jurisprudential statements form part of the culture governing Islamic societies, and according to verses and narrations, this is necessary and not just a preference.
