Abstract
Young people as a group of society, although they may not have a different social structure than other members of society, but they have different needs, issues and challenges that require special attention. Today, youth in its general and universal meaning is diversity in status and pluralism in lifestyle, and this indicates that the needs and desires of young people are fundamentally different from other strata of society. Our country is also considered a young country in terms of demographics, in such a way that half of the country's population is made up of young people, and this unique human capital is seen in few countries. So; It is necessary to review attitudes, policies and planning in the field of youth; Because the transfer of generational power is the guarantee of the survival of a nation and country, and if power in various dimensions and in a general sense, i.e. believing in the ability and role of youth in all matters, is not delegated to this group, the country will be economically, socially and even security vulnerable. will be. The research method of this article is qualitative and descriptive, based on the SWOT method, the problems and challenges of the country's youth in various economic, social and cultural aspects have been analyzed and operational and realistic solutions have been found in the framework of the laws and documents of the Islamic Republic of Iran. In particular, the statement of the second step is presented.
