Abstract
Open government is a new model of modern governments, the heart of open government consists of three pillars:transparency, participation and cooperation,all of which increase public value and citizenship.But there are external drivers such as responsibility, regulations, technology, acceptance or trust in the government that affect the open government.Different governments of the world,based on the internal laws governing their country,started to provide the ideal model of the open government in order to achieve development.The main goal of this article is to "provide the ideal model of open government by examining the legal articles for the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran".The information collected in this research is by descriptive-analytical method to answer the question that;What is the ideal model of the open government and its components for the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran?We have reached these results that the framework of the components of the open government has several components, which are 1-Different principles of the constitution.2-The sovereignty of global declarations.3-Transparency, the basic element of comprehensive development of developed countries. 4-Approval of the transparency plan of the three powers 5-Approval of the general policies of the system announced by the leader.
