Abstract
According to the right of delegation of authority by the leadership, part of the task of monitoring the good implementation of the system's policies in Article 110 of the Constitution has been assigned to the Supreme Supervisory Board, consisting of members of the Expediency Council. There have been criticisms about this and some jurists consider this monitoring to be against the constitution. This research has been done by analytical-descriptive method. Its purpose is to analyze the Islamic-Iranian model of monitoring the good implementation of the system's policies, and compare it with a similar model in China. The result is that the model used in China is admirable in terms of measuring performance, but the elimination of labor forces is in conflict with moral principles and labor laws. In our country, legal objections have been brought to this board, and from a legislative point of view, this responsibility was previously entrusted to the honorable Guardian Council. Therefore, it was necessary to amend some related laws before recognizing this board. At the same time, there is no standard to measure the performance of the implementation of general policies, and it seems that if the model of China is used, in order to fit with the Islamic-Iranian model, it is necessary that the removal of the workforce due to poor performance is adjusted within the framework of the labor law. It will be implemented with Shariah and legal supervision.
