Abstract

The administration of government and government over society requires the determination of scientific principles and extensive design so that in the light of these policies, human beings can live together in peace and tranquility. GTherefore, in this study, the scientific elements of contemporary government documents in Nahj al-Balaghah were analyzed, analyzed the content of Nahj al-Balaghah regarding government science. After obtaining 44 open codes, the codes were categorized into 3 axes: God (19 cases), Islamic rulers (13 cases) and Muslim citizen (15 cases). Then, by analyzing the references related to government science in the category of Islamic rulers, statements related to the category of government science (citizenship rights, development, bureaucracy, human resource management, social ethics) were extracted. Comparison of the obtained data showed that in scientific propositions, Nahj al-Balaghah has a direct reference to the cases that have been considered as a policy in scientific documents such as Aspa. In addition, there is a difference between the existing scientific government documents. Nahj al-Balaghah was a government document in the statement of God's role in the government, which showed the owner's attention to the turning point and the center of gravity of the government's success in society, namely God-centered.
