Cultural intelligence is the most significant tool that can be used to proper encounter with multi-cultural situations. Islam as the final and most complete religion, contain guidelines and recommendations in every aspect of human life and Quran as a great divine solution for people, proffer the best and most consistency way to humanity and also conducts people to the path which is more reliable and secure. Present study is aimed at an examination the status of Components of the Islamic Cultural Intelligence of the managers of Bank Mellat's Branches from the perspective of Islam and the Quran. For this purpose; Cultural intelligence is defined on the basis of the combination of theory "Ang,Van Dyne & Christine Koh" and "Quran and Islam", in the four components of Iranian Islamic Meta-cognitive Intelligence, Iranian Islamic Cognitive Sciences, Iranian Islamic Motivational Intelligence and Iranian Islamic Behavioral Intelligence. The statistical population consists of 71 people including the managers of Bank Mellat's Branches. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire that they were distributed among a population after assess the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Obtained Information were summarized and categorized by using Descriptive statistics. In order to test the research questions, One T-Test Sample and Friedman test were used. The results indicate that the Iranian Islamic motivational intelligence of managers of Bank Mellat's Branches is in better condition than other components of the Iranian Islamic cultural intelligence.
