The effect of organizational culture on the relationship between the individual and the organization and its role in Productivity improvement in Martyrs and Veterans Affairs Foundation of Tehran province

Abstract
Organizational culture has received a lot of attention from scientists and management experts in recent years. Organizational culture is a set of key characteristics that the organization values and holds in high regard. In terms of the nature of the problem and purpose, this research is an applied research and in terms of the research method, it is a correlational research. The statistical population of the research included managers, employees and employees of the Shahid Foundation and Veteran Affairs of Tehran Province, and a sample of 117 people was selected for the study. The required data was collected through a questionnaire, the validity and reliability were confirmed by a panel of professors and human resource management experts, and Cronbach's alpha coefficient (∝=0.91) was obtained, which indicates good and acceptable reliability. SPSS22 software and descriptive statistical methods, Pearson correlation coefficient and regression test were used for data analysis. Based on the findings of the analysis, the results showed that the organizational culture has a direct, positive and significant relationship on the relationship between the individual and the organization, and it also affects the productivity of the organization. At the end, some suggestions have been presented along with the discussion and conclusions.
