Abstract

In the modern world and its institutional requirements, due to the special conditions of life, it is necessary for the university to pay attention to creating and institutionalizing a set of capabilities in students that we call focal competence. These competencies increase the student's ability for modern social life. The current research has been done with the aim of providing a model to identify the effective factors in the focal management competencies of higher education management doctoral students, first by reviewing the literature, the most important components affecting the focal management competencies of the students were calculated and by collecting experimental data and The method of structural equation modeling, the proposed framework for the validation of the final research model is presented. Based on the findings of the research and the values related to the coefficient of paths in the final model of the research, all the variables (scientific, research and specialized skills, cultural and social factors, operational skills, organizational culture, employment-generating skills, general skills) as a result of fitting And the analysis of the structural equations, the path coefficient above 0.5 and the t-statistic with less than 0.5 with a confidence level of 95% have been obtained and all of them have been confirmed and are significant. Likewise, the calculation and analysis of fit indices with PLS3-Smart software has confirmed the conformity of the conceptual framework and the empirical background with reality.
