Abstract

Our country, Iran, has a large area, and despite the prevailing hot and dry climate in large areas of the country, climate diversity is evident. Therefore, there are many economic capacities in the country, but due to the isolation of the Iranian model in this regard, it is not possible to use the capacities optimally. This research was conducted in an analytical-descriptive method and its purpose is to analyze the Islamic-Iranian model of economic rights in the country's climatic situation. It was concluded that the government's effort for permanent ownership of industrial projects is the root cause of this failure, and if it is possible to apply the example of construction-operation-handover contracts in the water and sewage, electricity and mining industries, and the rights of the investor and the employer are also properly respected. It is possible to use the economic capacities of the country in the climatic condition of Iran. The late model was in the field of mines, which solved most of the legal, political and economic concerns, and for this reason, it can be set as a model for the reform of economic rights in the country.
