Abstract

Discipline in the geometry of Islamic knowledge, while emphasizing the principles of human dignity, has an elevating feature and aims to develop the material and spiritual talents of people. Disciplined communication between people and organizations is one of the important of the life of any organization. Without organizational discipline the survival of any organization will be jeopardized. The purpose of this research is understand and design the model of organizational discipline with an emphasis on Islamic teachings by using the combined method the elements of the organizational discipline model have been identified with an emphasis on Islamic teachings and drawing relationships between them.In the qualitative part, by using the theme analysis method, the dimensions of the organizational discipline model have been identified with an emphasis on Islamic teachings, and then with the quantitative method of structural-interpretive modeling, the leveling of the criteria has been done.The results show the main elements of the organizational discipline model are With an emphasis on Islamic teachings they are:individual development, growth and promotion of self-control, growth and promotion of leadership and promotion of organizational culture.promotion of the quality of organizational performance, improvement of the work environment with the spiritual growth of employees, growth and promotion The material, spiritual and moral aspects of work are the development and promotion of justice and the development and promotion of social responsibility.2 factors of growth and promotion of organizational culture and improvement of the working environment have the highest power of influence and the lowest degree of dependence
