Abstract

Having skilled human resources can reduce costs, increase competitiveness excellence. This importance depends on proper planning of human resources ‎and organizations, which is referred to as "human capital architecture". On the other hand, the Supreme Leader ‎‎(Madazla Al-Ali) repeatedly, especially in the statement of the second step of the revolution, pointed out the ‎importance of human capital and emphasized the use of these irreplaceable capitals to solve the problems of ‎the society and the country. had. Based on this, the aim of the present research is to present the architectural ‎model of defense human capital based on the text of the declaration of the second step of the Islamic ‎Revolution. The current research method is applied in terms of purpose and exploratory in terms of research ‎method with foundational data approach. The statistical population includes the text of the statement of the ‎second step of the revolution, which has been analyzed and conceptualized using the systematic process of ‎open, central and selective coding. The validity of the research was evaluated through the coding process at two ‎different times by the researcher and the reliability was also evaluated using the four representative criteria of ‎Parker and Rafi (1997). The findings indicate 312 open codes, 63 core codes and 24 selective codes. The results ‎are also in the form of a conceptual model of defense human capital architecture based on the statement of ‎the second step with six variables including; Causal, contextual, intervening factors, central phenomenon, ‎strategies and consequences are presented.‎
