This research has been done in three consecutive phases. At first, using the content analysis, the components affecting the hypocritical behaviors, in the second phase, the components were graded using the interpretive structural modeling method; Finally, in the final phase of the research, the model (the model obtained from the second phase) was validated using a quantitative survey.
