Abstract
World-class production is an important discussion in the field of production management. The fast-paced and turbulent business conditions in today's world have caused many commercial institutions that had a special position in the market of their field of activity to be in a situation where competitors from the farthest parts of the world threaten their existence, while with the growth of information technology It is difficult to imagine an area for the performance of an organization. Organizations must be able to compete globally in order to gain a competitive advantage at the global level. Various factors play a role in the implementation of world-class production in the organization, not considering each of them can lead to failure in the implementation of world-class production.
