Abstract

The purpose of the current research is to examine the pathology of the National Elite Foundation's approaches in forming problem-oriented cores. The current descriptive research was conducted with a mixed (qualitative-quantitative) approach. The statistical population of the research included elites and top talents of the country, 35 people were selected for the interview stage in a targeted way and 50 people were selected to complete the questionnaire. MAXQDA software was used to analyze qualitative data and SPSS software was used for quantitative data.
After analyzing the data, 63 themes and initial concepts were extracted. By studying several times, the obtained themes were adjusted and modified, and the network of obtained research themes included 3 main themes and 20 sub-themes. The results of quantitative research have confirmed the existence of a gap between the current situation and the desired situation. By conducting a qualitative research and using the theme network analysis, in addition to verifying the quantitative findings of the research, the factors causing this statistical gap and due to the compatibility with the theoretical foundations of the topics of identification, support and empowerment and monitoring, evaluation and management of the scientific cores have been verified. became
The findings from the interview showed that the problem-oriented cores are very good plans, but they are implemented incompletely, and in this regard, it is necessary for the foundation to provide support to students and professors, in addition to increasing supervision, to solve the real and priority issues of the country. take action
