Abstract

This research seeks to synthesize research. And designing a model of the intellectual-Islamic system of Dr. Seyed Reza Seyed Javadin with a galactic approach. The present study is paradigmatic, interpretive, purposeful, fundamental and exploratory in nature. The tools of data collection were library studies and filing. The statistical sample was selected in full and in an accessible way. The results showed that out of about 140 works written and researched by him, 674 variables were extracted which by combining and combining them, finally 24 categories were classified and compiled. Finally, based on the dimensions, proximity of concepts and their relationship with the central core, using metaphorical science, three galactic orbits are designed and the category of human resource management as the core of the sun and the categories of principles of management, organizational behavior, organizational characteristics, Islamic management, leadership, management Knowledge, entrepreneurship, consumer behavior, recruitment and recruitment and marketing as planets were placed in specific orbits. The results showed that Dr. Seyed Javadin's Islamic-intellectual system can be used as a specific framework and foundation in the science of Islamic human resource management for the use of managers and professors in educational environments, industries, and enterprises. Also, research gaps and pristine research opportunities in the field of management, especially Islamic management, can be identified through this model.
