Abstract
The statement of the second step of the revolution is considered as one of the key documents and sources of legislation and policy-making in the country, so its understanding and interpretation can play an effective role in expanding audience vision and assists policy makers and planners in formulating economic, cultural, political policies. This research aimed at finding economical guidelines of the Supreme Leader in the statement of the second step has been carried out via content analysis method.

To find out the economical components in the statement, 43 key predicates related to economy were obtained from the statement. As a result, 21 basic themes were inferred. By categorizing the basic themes, we obtained 10 organizing themes and finally four comprehensive themes. The relationshipof these comprehensive themes and other themes was drawn in the form of a network of themes. In the final section, four comprehensive themes of the economical achievements of the Islamic Revolution, economical progress and development, economical security and economical challenges derived from the economical concepts of the statement were discussed.
