Abstract

In response to economic, environmental, and technological changes in recent decades, research in sustainable development theories has shifted toward adapting to human resource management and creating sustainable human resource management; However, there is no standard tool for measuring the indicators of sustainable human resource management. The present study is a series of consecutive exploratory combined studies. The statistical population of this study included all employees of four selected ministries,. The categories were identified and coded through interviews and literature studies, and a 60-item questionnaire was designed based on them. Fifteen experts were used to determine the validity of the content of the questionnaire. Structural validity and data analysis were obtained by exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis. The general structure of sustainable human resource management with the component of organizational effects has the highest impact factor (0.89) and the component of education with economic sustainability has the lowest impact factor (0.17). The results of the analysis showed a good fit of the designed model with the experimental data and the validity of the sustainable human resource management structure was confirmed both at the level of questions and at the level of components. The results showed that the model fit indices in the range are acceptable. Also, the results of confirmatory factor analysis indicate that the research data fit the factor structure. The Sustainable Human Resource Management Questionnaire with high validity is a tool that is valid for use in educational and managerial research.
