چکیده

هدف این تحقیق، تعریف ارائه حکمرانی تعالی گرا از منظر سردار سرتیپ پاسدار شهید حاج حبیب لک زائی در حوزه‌های مدیریت بود. این پژوهش به لحاظ هدف کاربردی است و داده‌ها به صورت کیفی، با استفاده از مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و روش اسنادی و وصیت نامه شهید لک‌زایی گردآوری شده است. روش به کار رفته در این پژوهش رویکرد کیفی با روش تحلیل تم است که هستی شناسی آن تحت زیست طبیعی و معرفت شناسی تعاملی و غیراثبات گرایی است. جهت تعیین اعتبار آن از روش سنجش روایی استفاده شد. بر اساس نتایج، آثار شهید لک‌زایی دارای 190 مفهوم (کد اولیه)، 51 کد فرعی و 20 کد اصلی است. کدهای اصلی شامل بینش، نگرش و ارزش، تصمیم گیری و تصمیم سازی، شایسته سالاری تعالی گرا، ارتقاء دانش و یادگیری تعالی بخش، عدالت محوری تعالی گرا، مدیریت عملکرد تعالی گرا، سامانه‌های پویا و مشترک المنافع، پاسخگویی تعالی گرا، آینده اندیشی تعالی گرا، نظارت و ضرورت خودسازی، جو سازمانی تعالی گرا، ایمان به خدا، سبک زندگی تعالی گرا، زمینه سازی ظهور، تحول خواهی تعالی گرا، مدیریت تعالی گرا، مشارکت تعالی گرا، الگوبرداری ارزشمند، هوش اجتماعی و تعهد تعالی گرا از منظر این فرمانده شهید است. توجه به این مفاهیم و عوامل، ضمن تزکیه نفس و خودسازی معنوی و تقویت معنویت در مسئولین به کارایی و اثربخشی فعالیت‌ها در چارچوب موازین اسلامی نیز کمک خواهد کرد و می‌تواند نقش حساسی در ترمیم حکمرانی فعلی کشور داشته باشد و فعالیت‌ها و دستاوردهای مستمر آینده را در سطوح عالی ارتقاء دهد.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to define excellence governance from the point of view of Brigadier General Haj Habib Lakzaei in management studies. This research is practical in terms of purpose, and the data has been collected qualitatively, using library studies and documentary methods, and the will commands of martyr Lakzaei. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach with the theme analysis method, and based on Constituent Ontologies, interactive epistemology, and non-positivism. For determining its validity, the reliability measurement method was conducted.. According to the results of martyr Shahid Lakzaei's records, it has 190 concepts (primary code), 51 secondary codes, with 20 selective codes extracted.

The main codes include vision, attitude and value, decision-making and decision-making, excellence meritocracy, excellence-oriented knowledge promotion and excellence-oriented learning, excellence-oriented justice, excellence-oriented performance management, dynamic systems and commonwealth, excellence-oriented accountability, excellence-oriented future thinking. orientation, supervision, necessity of self-improvement, the organizational atmosphere of excellence, faith in God, a lifestyle of excellence, grounding of emergence, transformation seeking of excellence, management of excellence, participation of excellence, valuable modeling, social intelligence and commitment of excellence from the perspective of this The commander is a martyr. Taking advantage of these calculated factors will give new insight to managers and will help excellence in governance.
