چکیده

مقاله حاضر در پی ارائه مدلی جهت تبیین ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه از دیدگاه مقام معظم رهبری است. به جهت عدم کفایت مدل‏های ارائه شده در ادبیات موجود برای تبیین ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه و به دست آوردن داده‏هایی متناسب با زمینه مورد مطالعه، از روش کیفی نظریه-ی داده بنیاد استفاده شد. این نظریه در یک سطح وسیع یک فرایند، یک عمل یا یک تعامل را تبیین می‌کند. این روش استقرایی و اکتشافی است که به پژوهشگران در حوزه‌های گوناگون امکان می دهد که به جای اتکا به نظریه های موجود، خود به تدوین نظریه از طریق تحلیل مقایسه ای مشاهدات اقدام کنند. داده های مطالعه از طریق متن بیانات مقام معظم رهبری در جمع دانشجویان، نخبگان، پژوهشگران، طلاب و اساتید حوزه و دانشگاه‌ها که در سایت اختصاصی ایشان موجود است، گردآوری شد. با طبقه‏بندی مفاهیم، مقوله‏های فرعی و محوری و یافتن مقوله محوری با استفاده از روش کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی مقوله‌های شکل دهنده ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه و روابط بین آنها در قالب مدل پارادایمی ظهور یافت که شامل شرایط علّی (8 مقوله)، مقوله محوری (رفع نیازهای اساسی کشور)، راهبرد (1 مقوله)، شرایط مداخله‌گر محیطی (1 مقوله) ویژگی های زمینه‌ای (4 مقوله) و پیامدها (4 مقوله) می‌شود.

چکیده [English]

The present article aims at presenting a model for explaining relationship between industry and University in the view of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic revolution. Due to the inadequacy of the presented models in the literature for explaining the relationship between industry and University and obtaining data tailored to the field of study, the qualitative method of grounded theory was used. This theory explains a process, an action, or an interaction on a large scale. This is an inductive and explorative method that allows researchers in various fields to make their own theory by comparing observations, rather than relying on existing theories. The date gathered through the text of the statement by the Supreme Leader of the Islamic revolution in a meeting whit university students and professors available on his site. By categorizing the concepts, sub-categories and the finding of the core category, using the open, axial and selective codification of the relationship between industry and University's forming categories and the relations between them, emerged in the form of a paradigmatic model that included the causal conditions (8 categories), the environmental conditions (1 categories). contextual conditions (4 categories), the core category (Meeting the basic needs of the country), the strategy (1 categories) and the consequences (4 categories).
