چکیده
رویکرد انسان شناختی به بحران برآیندی است از نحوه مشاهده ژرفانگر پدیده های پیچیده و تفکری بین الرشته ای به امکانات برون رفت از آن. به زعم "مورن" بروندادی [...]پیجیده به مثابه انسانی کردن علم[...]زیرا انسان به مثابه پازلی است که شکل نهایی خود را از دست داده و نیازمند بازتولید خویش است.[...]و شناختِ شناخت یک ضرورت است ... مشاهدات انسان شناختی ما نشان می دهد که بحران نظام آموزشی و پرورشی به مثابه قطعاتی از این پازل، همیشگی و همه گیر بوده و هر مکان، زمان و شرایطی را قلمرو تحرکات خویش قرار داده است. نمونه بارز آن در دوران معاصر ظهور بحران کرونا در دو سال اخیر و اثر جدی آن بر نظام پیچیده آموزشی است. در این زمان است که مشاهده می کنیم، آموزش مجازی به مثابه یک امکان، برجسته تر از پیش دغدغه دانشگاه شده؛ وجود خود را میان "حضور و فاصله"(هیبرید)بر نظام ها ی آموزشی و پرورشی، درسطحی وسیع تحمیل کرده است. دانشگاه به مثابه کانونی از مشاهدات و پردازش رخدادها بر تکاپوی خود افزوده تا خود را در این شرایط با همه وجود بازتولید کند. از این رو پژوهش حاضر، با هدف تجزیه و تحلیل وضعیت موجود و پیش بینیِ ممکنِ مقتضیاتِ برون رفت ازاین شرایط، با چشم انداز شناسایی و طراحی مدلی از دانشگاه مدرن، با گذر از تجربه زیسته انجام پذیرفت، شاید راه گشای فزاینده ای در مقابل معظلات پیش رو گردد.

چکیده [English]

Abstract
The crisis of the education system is permanent and inclusive in which it has set each place, time and situation the realm of its movements. A clear example of this is the emergence of the covid-19. At the same time, online education has become more prominent than ever, imposed itself on educational systems on a large scale between "presence and distance" (hybrid). The university, as a center of observation and processing of events, has increased its efforts to reproduce itself in this situation. Hence, the present study aims to analyze the current and previous situation and the need to get out of this situation was done with the perspective of designing a model of a modern university. This research has been designed with a historical, ethnographic approach and based on participatory observation. Target population is undergraduate students of educational sciences and psychology at Hakim Sabzevari University, whose communication process has been deeply observed for two consecutive years. Undoubtedly their interactions with the three organizational domains of the university, the family institution, and the public arena have been challenged.
