چکیده

در جوامع پیشرفته امروزی فلسفه نوینی برای دانشگاه مطرح شده که باعث ایجاد یک دگردیسی در رسالت دانشگاه‌ها شده است، امروزه فناوری های نرم دانشگاهی مورد تاکید خبرگان نظام آموزشی بوده که زیرساخت آن در وجود دانشگاه نوآور ارزشی می باشد. این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی ابعاد دانشگاه نوآور ارزشی انجام گرفته است‌. پژوهش حاضر باتوجه به هدف، بنیادی است و از رویکرد کیفی و کمی استفاده شده است، ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات در بخش کیفی شامل مصاحبه با 12 نفر از خبرگان دانشگاهی و در بخش کمی پرسشنامة محقق ساخته در رابطه با دانشگاه نوآور ارزشی و فناوری‌های نرم بوده است. جامعه آماری بخش کمی تحقیق؛ اعضای هیئت علمی دانشگاه‌های استان مازندران به تعداد 170 نفر بودند که با استفاده از جدول کرجسی - مورگان 118 نفر به عنوان نمونه و به صورت تصادفی ساده مشارکت داشتند. پس از تحلیل داده ها، نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که دانشگاه نوآور ارزشی دارای ابعاد مختلف فناوری‌های نرم می باشد. رویکرد نرم در حوزه‏ی دانش و فناوری، باعث ایجاد تحول در تمامی جنبه‏های حیات انسان معاصر و توجه به ابعاد مادی و معنوی و اخلاقی فناوری‌ها دارد. این تحول در سطوح اجتماعی، اقتصادی، فرهنگی، سبک زندگی، حوزه نظامی و سلامت بشر دارد.

Objective: In today's advanced societies, a new philosophy has been proposed for the university, which has caused a transformation in the mission of universities. This study aims to identify the dimensions of an innovative value university. Method: The present study is fundamental in terms of purpose and a qualitative and quantitative approach has been used. It has been soft technology. Quantitative research; The faculty members of the universities of Mazandaran province were 170 people who participated using the Krejcie-Morgan table with 118 people as a sample and by simple random sampling. Results: After analyzing the data, the results of this study showed that the innovative value university has different dimensions of soft technologies. Results: The soft approach in the field of science and technology, causes change in all aspects of contemporary human life and pays attention to the material, spiritual and moral dimensions of technology. This change has at the social, economic, cultural, lifestyle, military and human health levels.
