چکیده

تغییر و تحول و زندگی در شرایط و دنیایی متفاوت، بطور طبیعی زاینده افکاری جدید خواهد بود. نسل جوان بطور طبیعی دارای ایده‌های نو برای اداره جامعه است. چرا که از منظرگاه متفاوت به مسایل می‌نگردد و دنیای ذهنی او متفاوت از پیشینیان است. این ویژگی می‌تواند مولد فرصت های مناسبی برای تحول و تکاپو در هر جامعه ای باشد. دوران جوانی را می‌توان نقطه اوج تجلی اراده سالاری دانست. نیروی جوانی برآمده از سه مولفه انرژی، امید، ابتکار است که می‌تواند آن را مبدل به موتور محرک جامعه نماید. قشر جوان در هر جامعه‎ای به لحاظ برخورداری از توان، انرژی و استعدادهای فراوان قادر است، نقش تعیین کننده‎ای در آینده آن جامعه داشته باشد و جوانان در هر جامعه‎ای سرمایه اصلی آن جامعه‎ محسوب می‎گردند که می‎توانند زمینه‎های رشد و پیشرفت آن جامعه‎ را در عرصه‎های مختلف فراهم نمایند.
این پژوهش با رویکرد توصیفی- اکتشافی بدنبال آن است تا بر مبنای روش «تحلیل محتوا» در مطالعات علوم انسانی، الگوی «جوان انقلابی» را از دیدگاه فرزانه حکیم انقلاب، حضرت آیت الله العظمی خامنه ای، متناسب با روش شناسی تحقیق و اهداف ارایه نماید.
تحقیق، ناظر به شناسایی و معرفی مضامین اصلی، از درون داده ها با استفاده از بیانات مقام معظم رهبری به صورت تمام خوانی تا رسیدن به اشباع، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته است. از کدگذاری (مفهوم سازی) ۳۸۶کد و مفهوم، ۴۸ مضمون سازمان دهنده و ۶ مضمون اصلی به نام معنویت گرایی» «بصیرت» «انقلابی گری» «دانایی محوری» «کارآمدی» و «تمدن ساز» در قالب «الگوی جوان انقلابی» شکل گرفت.

The youth in any society, in terms of having a lot of power, energy and talents, is able to play a decisive role in the future of that society, and the youth in any society are the main capital of that society. They can provide the grounds for the growth and development of that society in various fields. The issuance of the statement "The second step of the revolution" addressed to the Iranian nation, especially the youth, was a new window to the realization of a new Islamic civilization proposed by the Supreme Leader. Took. This research, which is a basic descriptive-exploratory research, has been tried to fit the model of "revolutionary youth" from the point of view of Farzaneh Hakim Enqelab, Grand Ayatollah Khamenei for the youth, based on the method of "content analysis" in humanities studies. Present with research methodology and objectives.
The research, which seeks to identify and introduce the main themes that have emerged from the data, has been studied using the statements of the Supreme Leader in full reading until saturation is achieved. From coding (conceptualization) 386 codes and concepts, 48 ​​organizing themes and 6 main themes called spiritualism, insight, revolutionaryism, central knowledge, efficiency and civilization building in the form of "revolutionary young model" Took.
