If civilization is an abstract concept, its characteristics are objective. Cities, the nature, the shackles, and the structures and structures that govern individual and social life are the hallmarks of civilization. The progress of civilization is not better measured than in cities. Past experience has shown that ideas of progress are typically formulated around cities and their coordinates and characteristics. The drive to advance and improve the sustainability of individual and social life, and to alleviate concerns and foresight in a healthy environment, is a powerful driving force, along with emerging and expanding developments in information and communication technologies, new relationships. It will be in the future. Intelligence is one of the new developments resulting from the growth and evolution of communication technologies and its expansion into the social life space, and among its most important areas is urban life. پیشرفت اگر چه ابعاد نظری گسترده‌ای دارد، اما آنچه پیشرفت را الگووار می‌سازد، تجسم عینی پیشرفت در امور و دست آفریدها و سازه‌های انسانی است. اگر تمدن مفهومی انتزاعی است، اما شاخص‌های آن عینی است. شهرها، ماهیت، شاکله و امور و ساختارهایی که بر زیست فردی و اجتماعی آن حاکم است، از نشانه‌های اساسی تمدن است. پیشرفت تمدنی نیز در مکانی بهتر از شهرها قابل مشاهده و سنجش نیست. تجربه تاریخ گذشته نشان داده که ایده‌های پیشرفت نوعا بر محور شهرها و مختصات و ویژگی‌های آن‌ها صورتبندی شده است. تاشتیاق به پیشرفت و بهبود و پایداری زندگی فردی و اجتماعی و کاستن از نگرانی‌ها وپیش بینی پذیر کردن امور در یک محیط زیست سالم، رانه‌ی قدرتمندی است که همراه با تحولات پدیدار شده و گسترش یافته در حوزه‌ی دانش و فن‌آوری‌های اطلاعاتی و ارتباطاتی، مناسبات نوینی را در آینده رقم خواهد زد. هوشمندی از تحولات نوینی است که حاصل رشد وتحول در فناوری‌های ارتباطی و گسترش آن در فضای حیات اجتماعی و از جمله مهمترین حوزه آن یعنی حیات شهری است. http://www.ipoba.ir/article_217013_ec21ca1c223c95cd463d3ee62047b524.pdf
