Abstract
One of the most important issues facing the Islamic Republic of Iran is the implementation of a model of Islamic government that is accompanied by maximum public participation of the people. In this article, focusing on the question of how to achieve a model for effective Islamic participatory governance, an attempt has been made to present Islam as manifested in the Islamic Revolution as a model for Islamic participatory governance (Islamic governance). The results of the research show that for the active participation of humans in the Islamic government, as we witnessed in the Islamic Revolution, Islam must play a role as an active political force in the intrinsic life of subjects so that subjects, through the force they draw from it, can continuously work on themselves to play a creative role in the positions they occupy within society (as professors, students, employees, workers, etc.), and thus participate collectively as special intellectuals in the construction of truth.
