The aim of this study is to propose a conceptual model for Islamic management based on Islamic resource management policies and strategies. In this research, a qualitative content analysis method with an inductive approach was used. For the collection of data, targeted use has been made from certain Islamic sources .The data analysis was done using open and axial coding. Firstly, open coding was performed to extract common themes, classifications, and sub-indicators of Islamic management. Then, through the classification of sub-indicators, the main indicators were identified, and finally, based on the findings, a conceptual model of Islamic management was presented. This model consists of 13 main indicators and 32 sub-indicators. The results showed that the conceptual model of Islamic management can provide effective principles and strategies for managers in the Islamic society at both micro and macro levels, in the dimensions of spirituality, ethics, politics, economics, social, military, security, information, administrative, judicial, legal, supervisory, educational, and health sectors.
