Investigating the effect of authentic leadership, work progress, organizational virtue and psychological capital on employees' job performance

Abstract
Today, according to the internal and international conditions of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the economic sanctions and the resistance economy, the need to improve the performance of employees in the customs system as one of the requirements for the realization of the Iranian Islamic model, progress in achieving the general policies of the resistance economy announced by the Supreme Leader and the progress of the country more than any other Another time is felt. The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of authentic leadership, work progress, organizational virtue and psychological capital on the job performance of employees. This research was based on the type of applied purpose based on descriptive-correlational nature. The statistical population of the current research was 370 customs employees of Gilan province, of which 181 people were obtained as a sample through Cochran's formula for a limited population. Based on the findings, the effect of perceived authentic leadership on variables of job performance, psychological capital, organizational virtue, job progress, the effect of variables of organizational virtue, psychological capital, job progress on performance, the effect of variables of organizational virtue and psychological capital on job progress, the effect of leadership Perceived authenticity on job performance through the mediation of psychological capital, career advancement and organizational virtue variables and the effect of perceived authentic leadership on career advancement through the mediation of psychological capital and organizational virtue were confirmed.
