Abstract
Today, organizations need managers with high influence and leadership. Therefore, leadership as a specialty in this field requires the use of all the means of exercising power to achieve the goals of the health system, as well as multi-faceted strategies to ensure the opinion of the government, people and employees, Therefore, the current research was conducted with the aim of designing and explaining the model of compassionate leadership in nursing managers. The current research is qualitative and according to the foundation's data theory, and semi-structured interviews with nursing managers were used to collect information. Data analysis was done by Strauss and Corbin method. Sampling was done theoretically and using the purposeful and snowball method based on 34 interviews. The results obtained from the data obtained from the interviews through open, central and selective coding were used to create an alcove of compassionate leadership based on the foundation's data theory in 6 dimensions and 48 components. Understanding and recognizing the causal conditions for the emergence and emergence of compassionate leadership, such as personal characteristics, planning and support requirements, taking into consideration the intervening conditions such as job inadequacy, extra-organizational effects and stakeholders' attitudes, they should design strategies that will lead to satisfaction, strengthening of thinking and skills, stabilization of values and organizational culture.
